Even on the farm there are times that making the house look beautiful are important to me. Every time I go to the grocery store, I want to make the experience a little better. Even when our ancestors used to go to the market there was a flower seller, so to honor that tradition, I bring home a bouquet of flowers. After I have put all the groceries away it is nice to make a couple of arrangements in the house. This one is one from a couple of weeks ago, but it is one of my favorites.

When I was younger, my dearest friends jokingly called me “Contessa Grigia”. They would yell “Contessa” from the balcony as I walked to their apartment. They also called me “Ninja Turtle”, since my backpack was full of books. Contessa Grigia is more attractive to me than Ninja Turtle, although Ninja Turtle is pretty funny!
My username became “Contessa Grigia” (Countess Gray), with a chuckle. Now, it is a matter of owning it. LOL!
